Office Executive

Job reference: VPL/OFEX/2015. Please quote this reference number when discussing this position with us.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare payment vouchers for employee claims
  • Send request to issue cheques and pay bills
  • Purchase daily office needs such as stationary, welfare and other office equipment
  • Manage claims of insurance policies for staff and office
  • Assist Operations Manager to improve operational system to support better information flow and organizational planning
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and exhibition
  • Prepare and manage the marketing collaterals for daily usage
  • Assist Project Specialist with internal event and manage all details
  • Manage and update client contact information in system / database
  • Prepare quotation and proposal for clients
  • Provide customer service to existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Must be able to follow systems and procedures
  • Must be able to enter data with accuracy and efficiency
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa 
  • Must be independent and self-driven
  • Passion for finding solutions and solving problems
