Technical Support (Automation Company)

- Responsible for providing the technical support (on and off site) to customers and the organization’s sales team.
- Responsible for after sales services including repair, analysis and documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers – on and off site.
- Assist Sales representative regarding queries on technical capabilities of product, programming and configurations.
- Identify, analyze and repair products from after sales return claims, including proper documentation/reporting and request for replacement parts when needed.
- Provide reports on onsite supports incidents.
- Escalate technical/customer’s issues to supervisor/relevant department/management.
- Provide product feedback / customer suggestion to supervisor/relevant department/management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
- An established company form French with focus in home automation business based here in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field – Electrical
- 5 + years’ experience in specification generation
- Relevant industry knowledge and a strong network of specification contacts
- Experience with relevant software
- Experience in networking with architects, builders, interior designers, etc.
- Experience in a global corporate environment.
