National Sales Manager

Purpose

The National Sales Manager is responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

He must think strategically and have business knowledge to estimate trends, market and competitor movement to develop strategies and plans. Responsible for leading, developing and coaching the sales department proactively to exceed sales target through high performance.

 

Main duties

  • Responsible for setting and reaching keys targets in area assigned (Sales Targets revenues, volume, area coverage, market penetration and increase market share) by customers, EPC, Partners and relevant parties.
  • Require to build up and lead an efficient and competent sales department.
  • Responsible for completing COO report requesting activities and follow up regular reporting line system and provide feedbackPurpose

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales manager level
  • Preferable from Enginering background
  • Experience in actively working as part of a team while building the teams's capability to achieve ongoing excellence.
  • Having experience in set up area in Java and Sumatra area.
  • Exposure knowledge in Mine, Coal Power,/Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering Services
  • Experience in sales products of B2B
  • Strong interpersonnal skills with an excellent level of oral & written skills
  • Plan structure, dicipline sales, able to advise how to do/done the task, professional, result oriented and self motivated
