- Reporting to Business Line Manager in Head Office Semarang, Central Java.
- Manage Information Flow between teams and assisting with all aspects of administrative management.
- Handle Supplier Management and Manage Accounting and expenses.
- Relationship with Local Authority and Government regulation.
- Follow‐up of Internal Process (SOP) for all departments: Order / Production / Quality / Logistic.
- Follow‐up of Production & Identification of Risk.
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day to day administrative and operational problems.
- Follow‐up of Customer Process (SOP).
- Search for New Customer (FOB Base).
- Report Weekly Production follows up

- Minimum of Bachelors of Business Administration from reputable Universities.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Trading Business and Furniture (Wood, Metal and etc.).
- Possess Excellent Customer service skills.
- Familiar with supplier management and managing processes.
- Excellent skill in Reporting, Microsoft Office and Verbal Communication.
- Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java.
